What to Wear During Rainy Summer Weather.

Yay! It's summer! In my opinion summer equals FASHION, FASHION, and MORE FASHION. But, as we all know, summer also means thunderstorms and humidity (which leads to frizzy hair)... And many of us don't know what to wear when it's 90 degrees outside but raining uncontrollably! Or what about after it stops raining and then sun is out, but it's so humid you're scared your hair will turn into one giant puff! Well here are a few ideas to keep you looking chic no matter what summer throws your way!

WHAT TO WEAR?
Ok so it's blazing hot outside, BUT it's also raining! I'm sure one of the first things you're asking yourself is "What do I wear?!" Here are some outfit ideas I found that will help answer your question:

BOOTS!
I understand it's summer and most of you probably want to wear sandals, wedges, and flip flops 24/7! But if it's rainy and you don't want to get your feet wet, and you think sneakers aren't dressy enough, what should you wear? Boots! Boots can easily keep your feet dry and fashionable during those rainy summer days! You can wear rain boots, riding boots, cowboy boots, any kind of boot! BUT remember it is still summer, so a suede boot probably wouldn't be the best choice!

OMG MY HAIR!
Oh no! Whether it's raining, drizzling, or it's humid, you're still putting your hair in serious danger! So what hairstyles are good for keeping your hair cute and frizz-free? Here are some hairstyles that I found that can work for anybody!

First Day of School Outfit Ideas

A pair of oxfords can put together the perfect first day of school outfit! Oxfords can be found in a wide variety of colors, patterns, and sizes (heels, flat). The cropped pant and basic tee help to create a casual look for those who don't want to look like they tried too hard to impress their classmates. A long necklace with a simple pendant is a great piece of jewelry to help spice up any outfit!

For those who like to be comfortable but chic, a pullover is perfect for your first statement to all your new classmates! A pullover with a cute design or logo is completely different than a plain hoodie (Which makes you look like you didn't care about how you looked). As for bottoms, just throw on a pair of leggings or skinny jeans, or even shorts! Vans or Converse sneakers can put the look together.

Maybe you're bold and like to make long lasting first impressions... printed pants well definitely work for you! Printed pants add spunk and a unique taste to your outfit. As for your top a simple tank is the best way to go, you can even add a blazer to add structure to your outfit. When looking for shoes, flats and heels work best. Just be careful when choosing your top and shoes! To stay safe it's best to wear neutral colored tops and shoes! Too much print can look confusing and tacky! Keeping the jewelry simple also helps to not take away from the pants, a few wide bangles and maybe some hoops would work.
